dedicated:
Global Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager, Coating (m/f/d)
Location: Komorniki, PL / Remote
- Identification and development of new business fields and international sales opportunities in the area of
- Responsibility for the entire acquisition process - from identifying potential customers to successful
- Establishment, maintenance and strategic development of national and international customer
- Support and expansion of existing key accounts with a focus on coating processes, surface requirements
- Close cooperation with sales, engineering, project management and production to develop customer-
- Conducting market, customer and competitor analyses to derive concrete sales and growth strategies
- Support of international customer projects and expansion of global production and supply structures
- Advising customers regarding technical requirements, quality standards and suitable coating solutions for
various applications
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, business administration or a
- Several years of relevant experience in international B2B sales or key account management, ideally in the
- Technical understanding of coating processes, surface requirements and industrial production workflows
- Experience in industrial coating technologies, particularly cathodic dip coating, powder coating or wet
- Strong technical understanding combined with solid commercial awareness
- Structured, independent and entrepreneurial way of working
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance at decision-maker level
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- International willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
- Experience working with international automotive customers as well as knowledge of relevant quality and
project requirements is an advantage
