RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Authority management, Xinzhuang Industrial Park
  • As the first contact window, keep and maintain good relationship with Xinzhuang Industrial Park and other local authority functions, to ensure the smooth operation and development of Xinzhuang site.
  • Support the regional Public and Government Affairs team to foster relations with the relevant municipal and district governmental departments and authorities
  • Facility and Insurance
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services includes but not limited to travel service, insurance management, expats car & housing management, office construction/renovation project management, space planning, copy services; office supplies, equipment, and inventory; administrative assistance; mail distribution and messenger services; records management; fleet management; cleaning, gardening, and maintenance services; cafeteria and recreation services; facilities management; guard and security; and reception and communication systems (such as projecter in meeting room, VC equipment etc.).
  • Liaise with functional or operational area managers to ensure that office administration policies, programmes, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs.
  • Lead, direct the team to ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established budgets.
  • Maintenance
  • Plan, prioritise, and manage maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimise disruptions to business activities and use the organisation’s resources effectively.
  • Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers (for example, cleaning or maintenance contractors or equipment vendors) to ensure the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University (First degree)
  • Wide and deep experience providing expert competence.
  • Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short / medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
  • Acts with expertise as the organization's authority on using clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.
  • Uses expertise to act as organizational authority on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
  • Applies expertise to act as the organizational authority on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
  • Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently on costing, budgeting and finance tasks while providing guidance and training to others.
  • Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to act independently while guiding and training others on achieving full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.
  • Applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others on creating relevant, lucid and effective reports.
