Your tasks:
- Support in reviewing and drafting international contracts (e.g. cloud, license, service and non-disclosure agreements)
- Conducting legal research on national and European legal issues, case law and new legislation
- Maintenance and further development of contract templates and guidelines
- Preparation of legal matters and drafting of internal decision-making documents
- Support in communication with internal departments
Your profile
- Ongoing studies in law or a comparable degree program (e.g. business law (LL.B./LL.M.)) Interest in IT law and contract law
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Careful, structured and reliable working style
- Confident use of MS Office
- Interest in technical and digital topics
- Ability to work in a team and discretion when handling confidential information
- Availability of at least 15 hours per week (ideally 20 hours)
