We are expanding our team and are looking for a facility technician for industrial properties (m/f/d) to start immediately.
We are also happy to support you with relocating to our region.

Your responsibilities

• Monitoring, maintenance, and repair of building systems (heating, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems).
• Carrying out building and grounds maintenance.
• Contact person for tenants regarding technical issues.
• Coordination of contractors and external service providers.
• Ensuring the energy efficiency of the buildings.
• Documentation of maintenance work and technical faults.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or technical field (e.g., plant mechanic, electrician).
• Professional experience in technical building services. Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with different contacts.
• Valid Class B driving license.
