Deine Aufgaben
- Unsere Plattform ermöglicht es Kunden, selbstständig eine KI für ihr Dokumentenproblem zu kreieren. Du sorgst für eine leicht verständliche Benutzerführung, sodass auch Laien neue KIs erfolgreich trainieren können
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von UX Guidelines und Best Practices für ein professionelles und einheitliches Design unserer Plattform
- Du kümmerst Dich um Konzeption, Design und Prototyping neuer Produktfeatures in Figma
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung des Designs zu gewährleisten
- Du arbeitest mit dem Marketing-Team zusammen, um ein einheitliches Corporate Design über unsere Plattform und Marketing-Aktivitäten hinweg zu implementieren
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Usability-Tests, die Analyse des Nutzer-Feedbacks und die darauf basierende kontinuierliche Verbesserung der User Experience
Dein Profil
- Du hast einen Abschluss in Interaktionsdesign, Media Art und Design, Medieninformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich UI und UX Design mit
- Du besitzt ein gutes Auge für Ästhetik sowie Liebe zum Detail in der visuellen Gestaltung
- Du verfügst über die Fähigkeit, Design, Innovation und Usability in Einklang zu bringen
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und interessierst Dich für unsere Produkte und KI im Allgemeinen
- Du bist ein kreativer und innovativer Teamplayer, der gerne selbstständig arbeitet
- Du besitzt ein fundiertes Verständnis von UX-Prinzipien, -methoden und -werkzeugen sowie Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Figma oder ähnlichen Tools
- Du besitzt hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und idealerweise auch fließend Deutsch (beides mindestens C1-Level)

Your mission
- Our platform enables customers to independently create an AI for their document problem. You ensure easy-to-understand user guidance so that even non-experts can successfully train new AIs
- You develop and implement UX guidelines and best practices for a professional and consistent design of our platform
- You are responsible for the conception, design and prototyping of new product features in Figma
- You work closely with the development team to ensure a smooth implementation of the design
- You work with the marketing team to implement a consistent corporate design across our platform and marketing activities
- You conduct usability tests, analyzing user feedback and, based on that, continuously improving the user experience
Your profile
- You have a degree in interaction design, media art and design, media informatics or a comparable course of study
- You have at least two years of professional experience in UI and UX design
- You have a good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in visual design
- You have the ability to harmonize design, innovation and usability
- You have a good technical understanding and are interested in our products and AI in general
- You are a creative and innovative team player who likes to work independently
- You have a sound understanding of UX principles, methods and tools as well as knowledge in the use of Figma or similar tools
- You have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- You are fluent in English and ideally also fluent in German (both at least B2 level)
