Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. ab sofort einen Teamleiter in der mechanischen Instandhaltung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

• Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie Motivation des Teams
• Gesamtverantwortung für die mechanische Instandhaltung, inkl.: Reaktive Instandsetzung bei Störungen
• Vorbeugende Instandhaltung (Schwachstellenanalyse, Planung und Umsetzung)
• Ersatzteil- und Lieferantenmanagement
• Projektmanagement

• Systematische Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern und Instandhaltungsprozessen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Instandhaltungszielen und Budgets
• Personaleinsatzplanung (inkl. Bereitschaft an Wochenenden/Feiertagen)
• Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmethoden (z. B. KVP, 5S, IATF und QM-Handbuch)
• Förderung innovativer Instandhaltungsmethoden und Technologien (z. B. digitale Prozesse, zustandsorientierte oder prädiktive Ansätze)

Required Skills and Education

Fachlich

• Abgeschlossene mechanische und/oder betriebswirtschaftlich-technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
• Sehr gute administrative und analytische Fähigkeiten
• Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen

• Sicheres Auftreten und zielgerichtete Kommunikation
• Organisationstalent mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
• Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
