Your tasks
We are looking for a creative Social Media Specialist (m/f/d), who not only strengthens our digital presence in the field of tax consulting, but also actively contributes to attracting new talent to our team. Your area of responsibility will include

• Development and implementation of social media strategies to strengthen our digital brand presence and attract new employees
• Creation of targeted content (texts, graphics, videos) for our social media channels that authentically reflects both specialist tax topics and the working atmosphere at our company
• Activation and support of our community on the relevant social media platforms
• Placement of targeted recruiting campaigns and employer branding content to address specialists and talents
• Analysis and reporting of social media measures for continuous optimization
• Close cooperation with other departments to ensure a consistent brand presence

Your profile

• Experience in social media management, ideally also in the field of employer branding and recruitment
• Very good knowledge of the common platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, XING, TikTok, etc.)
• Creativity and the ability to present complex topics in an understandable and appealing way
• User knowledge of Adobe Premiere or similar software solutions for film and image editing is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, initiative and a structured way of working
• Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret KPIs
