At the heart of the platform is our runtime engine, which executes all automated processes and forms the technological foundation for performance, stability, and expandability. This is where you come in.
Your tasks

• Further development and optimization of our runtime engine in C++, which forms the core of the Scheer PAS platform
• Implementation of new functions for the execution of automated and AI-supported processes
• Assumption of responsibility for subcomponents of the runtime engine
• Participation in all aspects of agile software development, including technical concepts, architecture, development, and testing
• Ensuring high software quality using a test-driven development approach
• Supporting team members and participating in the continuous improvement of our development process

Your profile

• More than 4 years of experience in professional software development, ideally in the B2B SaaS environment
• Excellent knowledge of C++17 or newer, as well as modern C++ techniques
• Experience with CMake and Boost libraries
• Experience with protocols such as REST/HTTP, gRPC, or message-based systems
• Experience with the V8 JavaScript engine and the Node.js C++ Embedder API is an advantage
• Experience with Linux environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Interest in integration technologies, distributed systems, or process automation
