Why we are looking for support
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Thessaloniki. You will play a key role in developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions focused on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and ideally CG Cloud ensuring alignment with our business objectives and enhancing our CRM capabilities.
To give you more insights of your working environment, on the organization level you will work on a regular basis in a team of 5-10 developers to gather ideas & improve already existing processes. On a project level you will work in an agile project team of 4-7 people, depending on the project size, to deliver projects to our clients.
Your tasks
- Lead the development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using different Cloud solutions.
- Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using both configuration and customization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools
- Implement and maintain best practices in Salesforce development, including code reviews and documentation.
- Perform independent code reviews and develop robust unit/integration test cases to achieve at least 85% code coverage.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity across environments.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and proactively improve system reliability.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce innovations and contribute to internal initiatives and team growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Proven expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and best practices.
- Proven ability to automate processes with Salesforce tools, such as Flows and Formulas.
- Experience developing robust test classes and achieving comprehensive code coverage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
