At Neutrik EMEA, we’re looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Communications Manager who understands how to use marketing to accelerate sales. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, translating business needs into effective communication tools, campaigns, and events. Your work will directly support sales activities - from equipping our team with compelling materials to managing customer-facing events that drive engagement.
Your responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the EMEA-wide event calendar, including trade shows, customer and internal events
• Coordinate event logistics, align with Sales on content and objectives, and ensure consistent brand presence
• Create and adapt brochures, presentations, sales kits, and co-marketing materials tailored to regional and customer-specific needs
• Act as marketing liaison for the top 20 customers, supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) and sales enablement activities
• Develop and execute advertising, email, and social media campaigns with clear performance tracking
• Prepare and distribute press releases, coordinate media inquiries, and manage collaboration with PR agencies
• Ensure quality and accessibility of content via the Digital Asset Management system (DAM)
• Conduct market and customer analyses to support campaign targeting and regional segmentation
• Provide actionable insights to Sales based on market intelligence and business data
• Guide and support a Junior Marketing Communications Manager in daily operations and project execution

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in an international technical environment
• Strong understanding of how marketing supports and accelerates sales
• Demonstrated success in event planning and marketing execution
• High attention to detail, hands-on mentality, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); French is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems, DAM platforms, social media tools, and campaign reporting
• Experience with SEO and related digital marketing practices is a plus
• Experience working with agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders
• Experience in supervising or mentoring team members
• Willingness to travel > 20%, this role requires a regular on-site presence in Dachau. Some flexibility for remote work can be accommodated where appropriate.
