Vulcan Energie Ressourcen GmbH is an innovative and fast-growing company in the field of sustainable lithium production and geothermal energy. For our growing team in Karlsruhe we are looking for you in full time (40h) and unlimited, as Project Services Manager (m/f/d).
As a Project Services Manager, you will play a key role in one of our most important strategic projects. You will lead the Project Services & Controls team and ensure the successful planning, monitoring, and execution of the project in line with our standards.
Your mission
- You lead the Project Services and Controls organization within the Lionheart Project and drive its strategic development.
- You develop and implement standards and procedures for project services - setting the foundation for future capital projects.
- You coordinate governance, risk, change, and decision-making processes across the entire project lifecycle.
- You are responsible for reporting and monitoring key performance indicators through the Project Controls organization.
- You support and develop project teams through coaching and professional guidance.
- You identify optimization potentials and develop measures to improve efficiency and achieve project goals.
Your profile
- You have more than 15 years of relevant professional experience in the project environment of the chemical, oil & gas, or related industries.
- You have solid knowledge of SAP (PS, CO, FI, MM) and experience with project management tools and reporting systems.
- You have proven experience in leading and developing project teams within matrix organizations.
- You are fluent in both German and English - written and spoken.
- You possess strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking, with the ability to maintain an overview in complex situations.
- You bring leadership experience in the German working context and stand out through your team spirit and coaching mentality.
