Project Engineer

NES Fircroft are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer for Technical Building Services for our client, who are a global leader in power technology.

Project Engineer
Location: Erlangen
Hybrid work: 2-3 in office/week, 2-3 days from home/week.
Duration: 18 months
The position includes the planning, design and coordination of technical building equipment systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems and installation technology) for large-scale projects. The main tasks include:

• Technical design taking into account standards and customer specifications Cost estimation and preparation of technical documents (specifications, concept plans, service descriptions)
• Obtaining and evaluating offers as well as negotiations with customers, specialist planners and suppliers
• Interface coordination and technical controlling during execution
• Support in construction site supervision, including temporary on-site assignments

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your university studies in the field of supply engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental and energy technology or have completed technician training with relevant professional experience
• You have knowledge in the field of technical building equipmentstandards
• You also have knowledge of project management
• Personally, you are characterized by team, analysis, communication and learning skills as well as initiative, motivation, result orientation and enthusiasm
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
