• Creation of reports, presentations and project status documents
• Maintenance and management of project plans and schedules
• Organisation of internal meetings and events, as well as internal communication and coordination with other areas
• Organisation of UATs (User Acceptance Test), as well as ensuring the documentation of test results
• Preparation of various analyses and statistics

• Qualifikationen What you bring with you: Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in project management
• Initial experience in supporting projects and test management or in the administrative area
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools
• Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in organising and coordinating meetings and events
• Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
