Product Manager (f/m/d) - AI Transformation

As a Product Manager AI Transformation at IONOS, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategy and driving its implementation across our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our operational efficiency, driving product innovation, and cementing our position as a leader in the industry.

Tasks

• You identify business opportunities and develop strategies for the implementation of AI solutions in our portfolio.
• Analyze business processes to determine how AI technologies can be effectively utilized.
• Design and implement AI solutions tailored to specific requirements of our business processes.
• Advise product management on the identification and implementation of AI-based product innovations.
• You design concepts and prototypes for AI-based solutions.
• You drive innovation by identifying new trends and technologies in the field of AI and translating them into strategic business decisions.
• You build a strong network - both internally and externally - across the IONOS group.
• Analyze our business processes and determine how AI technologies can be leveraged to optimize and automate them.
• Design, develop, and deploy tailored AI solutions that meet the specific needs of our business processes and product portfolio.
• Collaborate with our product management team to identify and implement AI-based product innovations that deliver customer value and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a strong network of internal and external stakeholders, including IT, Data Science, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Operations teams, to ensure effective implementation of AI strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a strong adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
