To strengthen our team we are looking for a dedicated part-time Marketing Assistance (m/f/d) who supports our company in marketing and administration with creativity, organizational talent and strong communication skills.
Your tasks

• Answering customer inquiries by phone and e-mail
• Answering and forwarding calls
• Processing complaints and guest reviews as well as general guest correspondence
• Contact person for guests, suppliers and business partners in day-to-day business
• Planning and implementation of newsletter marketing including content creation and controlling
• Creation of texts for print media (flyers, brochures, specials)
• Taking on marketing projects in close coordination with the marketing management
• Accompanying journalists and influencers on photo shoots

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• First experience in marketing, customer communication or office management
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Very good written and spoken German
• Knowledge of foreign languages (French, English) desirable
• Independent and proactive way of working with good time management
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
