Aufgaben

• General office work
• Appointment coordination
• Complaint handling
• Management of incoming and outgoing mails
• Supply and invoice creation
• Creation and maintenance of documentation
• Customer service (telephone)
• Logistic coordination
• Sales support
• Seeking for sales opportunities/distributors offers
• Preparation and coordination with management
• Constant contact with headquarters in Germany (Knowledge of German)

Anforderungen

• Successfully completed studies in the commercial sector (not mandatory)
• Good experience in MSOffice
• Knowledge of SAP (basics)
• Good German and/or English skills (speaking and writing)
• Friendly and courteous appearance
• Independent time/appointment managment
• Quick learner, structured work
• Reliability, resilience and flexibility
• Teamwork and communication skills
