Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Full or part-time with 32 to 40 hours per week

Your role:

As Marketing Manager you will shape the future of our brand communication - strategically and operationally - with a clear focus on digital channels. At the same time, you will strengthen our specialist retail partners (B2B) with exclusive concepts and personal formats. In this way, you will combine modern brand management in the end customer segment (B2C) with partnership-based support in specialist retail.

Your tasks:

  • Further development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy for B2C and B2B with a focus on digital channels and the premium positioning of the brand
  • Conception, management and controlling of campaigns and budgets - from emotional end customer campaigns (performance marketing, social media, SEO, POS) to specialist retail concepts and exclusive partner programs
  • Further development of the brand identity and optimization of the customer journey along the digital touchpoints (incl. website, CRM and online academy)
  • Creation and publication of target group-oriented content (texts, blog, newsletter, press work) using modern tools and AI applications
  • Planning, organization and implementation of analogue and digital measures such as events, trade fairs, training courses and retailer communication

Your profile

  • Studies or training in marketing, communications, business administration or similar
  • Several years of experience in marketing (ideally in the premium/consumer goods environment)
  • Openness to AI solutions and digital tools
  • Hands-on mentality: enjoy developing content and implementing campaigns yourself
  • Strong communication and management skills (agencies, service providers, internal interfaces)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
