Laboratory technician (electrician) for production in valve diagnostics IBGPM3 (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Wiring of control cabinets and assemblies according to specifications
• Mechanical structure of the enclosures and subracks
• Assembly of circuit boards (small series / prototypes), soldering work, partly also SMD
• Commissioning of systems and devices incl. documentation
• Creation and maintenance of production documentation and production-related documents
• Assistance with maintenance, calibration and inspection of systems in the workshop
• Order processing and order management
• Delivery note creation and dispatch processing
• Final inspection according to test instructions

Your profile

• Completed training as a skilled worker, e.g. as an information electronics technician, electronics technician for devices and systems or as a power system electronics technician
• Expert knowledge / specialised knowledge: Manual hand soldering THT & SMT
• Knowledge of handling ESD components
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English

The following knowledge rounds off your profile: (not absolutely necessary)

• Evaluation of circuit boards according to IPC A 610
• DGUV-V3 inspections (repeat and initial inspections)
• PLC programming
• μC Programming (PIC)
