Your area of responsibility

• Coordination of operational project implementation and personnel deployment planning
• Management and support of your project team
• Advice and support for our customers
• Development of call guidelines for telephony
• Preparation of project statistics and reports for our customers
• Controlling to ensure that project targets are met in terms of quality and productivity
• Presentation of project results and recommendations for action
• Planning and carrying out training for call agents

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, marketing or similar
• Very good written and spoken German
• Very good English, optional French
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a very good understanding of numbers
• Fluency, enthusiasm and empathy
• Professional and confident manner towards our customers
