Werde Teil unseres großartigen Teams und inspiriere unsere stetig wachsende Creator-Community.
- Community Management: Du bist verantwortlich für das Onboarding neuer Creators, die sich auf unserer Plattform registrieren. Zudem betreust du unsere wachsende Community und bist persönlicher Ansprechpartner für ihre Anliegen.
- Markenbekanntheit & Akquise: Du unterstützt beim Ausbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Präsenz von stylink. Dazu gehört die proaktive Kontaktaufnahme mit Creators über Instagram - per Textnachricht, Sprachnachricht oder Videobotschaft - sowie die Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten zur Reichweitensteigerung.
- Kommunikationsmanagement: Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung und Pflege unserer Kommunikationskanäle, einschließlich Newsletter-Marketing, WhatsApp, Telefonsupport und unserem Blog.
- Performance Monitoring: Du beobachtest die Social-Media-Inhalte unserer Creators, um eine hohe Qualität sicherzustellen.
- Event Management: Du hilfst bei der Planung von Creator-Events und erstellst Präsentationen für diese Veranstaltungen.
- Expertenthemen: Du wirst Experte in Unterstützungsbereichen wie Verkaufsförderung, Kommunikation, Weiterbildung oder Recherche.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntniss.
- Du bist begeistert von der Welt der sozialen Medien (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Online-Marketing gesammelt, das ist aber kein Muss.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist motiviert und voller Tatendrang, und du brennst darauf, deine Ideen einzubringen.
- Teamgeist, eine Hands-on-Mentalität und ein bisschen Sinn für Humor sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du kannst uns aus unserem Büro in Münster unterstützen.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Join our amazing team and inspire our expanding creator community.
- Community Management: You will be responsible for onboarding new creators who register on our platform. You will manage our ever-growing creator community and serve as the personal contact for our creators, addressing various inquiries and providing support.
- Brand Awareness & Acquisition: You will assist in developing and expanding stylink's presence. This involves proactively contacting creators via Instagram through text messages, voice messages, or video notes, as well as planning and executing marketing activities to broaden our reach.
- Communication Management: You will support the design and maintenance of our communication channels, including newsletter marketing, WhatsApp, phone support, and our blog.
- Performance Monitoring: You will track the social media content of our creators to ensure a high standard of quality.
- Event Management: You will help plan creator events and create presentations for these events.
- Expert Topics: You will become an expert in support areas such as sales promotions, communication, education, or research.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- You have a commercial education and/or similar qualifications.
- Very good English and German skills required.
- You are enthusiastic about the world of social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in online marketing, but this is not a must.
- You can work independently, are enthusiastic and full of drive, and are eager to contribute your ideas.
- Team spirit, a hands-on mentality, and a little sense of humor are not foreign concepts to you but are part of your daily practice.
- You can support us from our office in Münster.
