• Support in planning and implementing new IT projects
• Troubleshooting and technical support for internal and external users
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation and operating instructions

Your profile

• Completed degree in computer science, completed training with several years of experience in IT operations or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in managing IT infrastructures
• Profound knowledge of network technologies and IT security
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. Hyper-V, VMware)
• problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team and communication skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
