IT Delivery & Support Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of IT services for on-site and remote users from different reporting units
  • Lead, coach and develop supervised employees
  • Identify, prioritize and drive resolution of key issues that impact service availability or performance
  • Responsible for planning, maintaining and control of local budget
  • Partner with global support functions to roll out on-site new solutions
  • Identify, develop and implement strategies to improve performance of routine tasks
  • Interaction with global IT teams responsible for technical services
  • Delegate tasks and supervise realization by external contractors
  • Co-ordinate local IT infrastructure projects
  • Responsible for security assurance on back end and client devices
  • Support production sites in Production IT Security assurance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related fields
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Expeirence in management of departmental budgets
  • Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools
  • Leadership skills
  • Recognized as expert and authority by employees and internal customers
  • Customer and IT solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent communicator at all levels with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization and build productive relationships
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in a matrix environment
  • Experience in prioritizing and resolving key issues
  • Demonstrate strong skills in development and implementation of IT infrastructure systems
  • Knowledge of the systems

  • Cisco / Juniper
  • Windows / Linux servers
  • ITIL
  • Client device management
