We are looking for an HR Advisor (m/f/d) to join our HR team at our location in Ettlingen.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Administrative point of contact for employees and managers for all administrative HR‑related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Independent execution of operational personnel administration from hire to exit in accordance with applicable standards, processes, and policies
  • Preparation, maintenance, and administration of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other HR‑related documents
  • Support of the monthly payroll process, including the execution of defined pre‑ and post‑payroll activities in line with guidelines and internal controls
  • Operational support in compensation‑related topics, including collaboration with Controlling (e.g. accruals, year‑end closing support)
  • Maintenance of time management data and ensuring consistent, accurate, and payroll‑relevant information
  • Maintenance, administration, and updating of personnel files and employee data in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HR systems
  • Support in the preparation and follow‑up of external audits and reviews (e.g. auditors, external auditors)
  • Administrative cooperation with the Works Council, e.g. in the context of hearings, transfers, and individual personnel measures
  • Administrative interface to external institutions (e.g. authorities, social security agencies) in HR‑ and employee‑related matters
  • Creation of standardized HR reports and analyses (e.g. from SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Maintenance and updating of the HR intranet, including the publication of HR‑relevant information and documents according to guidelines
  • Administrative support in the preparation and distribution of the HR newsletter, including organizational coordination
  • Organization and administrative support of onboarding activities for new employees, as well as support during the HR Welcome Day
  • Support of the HR team in day‑to‑day operational business and administrative inquiries
  • Participation in the further development, standardization, and optimization of existing HR processes within defined sub‑tasks
  • Participation in HR projects and assumption of clearly defined task packages
  • Assumption of special HR‑related tasks (e.g. support with HR events or HR meetings)

Qualifikationen

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • First practical experience in HR (e.g. internships, working student roles, trainee programs), ideally covering parts of the employee lifecycle
  • Basic experience in HR administration (hire to retire) and strong willingness to learn and develop in this area
  • Initial experience or strong interest in working with HR systems, ideally SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
  • German language skills at a minimum of C1 level and English language skills at a minimum of B2 level
  • Basic knowledge of German labor law and social security regulations; payroll knowledge is an advantage but not required
  • Interest in payroll processes and cooperation with internal and external partners (e.g. payroll providers, tax advisors)
  • Initial exposure to time management / time tracking systems and payroll‑relevant data is a plus
  • Good analytical skills and first experience in preparing HR reports and simple data analyses
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Interest in HR process optimization and participation in HR projects
  • High level of motivation, structured working style, and eagerness to grow in an international HR environmen
