your tasks

  • You develop an impactful HR strategy - through strong processes, smart structures, and real cultural change.
  • You expand employee development, onboarding/offboarding, and recruiting, make use of digital tools, and create real added value with standardized processes.
  • You work closely with all departments, manage the applicant process, take charge of employer branding (e.g., kununu, social media), and conduct active sourcing for key positions.
  • You are responsible for HR administration (contracts, payroll, time tracking, reference letters), use templates and automation, support labor law matters, and lead negotiations on HR topics.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in business, law, or social sciences with a focus on HR - or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring solid experience in the field of Human Resources - ideally also in change or organizational development projects.
  • You have a good sense for people, possess sound knowledge of labor law, and work with clarity, structure, and attention to detail.
  • You think strategically, communicate clearly (in German and English), are proficient in common HR software, and confident in using Excel and PowerPoint.
