Head of Global Operations (m/f/d)

Location: Wülfrath (Germany) / Global Responsibility

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering or comparable technical background combined with strong business

• Proven leadership experience in international manufacturing environments, preferably

• Extensive experience in serial production, operational excellence and scaling manufacturing

• Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
• Excellent leadership, communication and change-management skills
• High degree of international mobility and willingness to travel extensively
• Willingness to spend more than 50% of working time at international production sites
• Fluent English; German is an advantage

Your Mission
As Head of Global Operations, you will lead the operational performance and strategic development
of GOTEC's international production network. Your mission is to ensure operational excellence,
increase efficiency and scalability, and drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement
initiatives across all sites.
This position requires a strong presence within our global operations. By spending significant time at
our international production facilities, you will work closely with local management teams, support
operational improvements directly on the shop floor, and ensure the consistent implementation of
global standards and best practices.
