Generative AI Engineer - Enterprise Copilots & Automation (m/f/n)

Design and build Generative AI solutions that improve productivity and automate knowledge-driven workflows. You will develop AI assistants and intelligent automation solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and internal knowledge sources.
Your tasks
- Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to business and IT processes
- Design and build AI assistants and automation solutions for internal teams
- Develop RAG-based knowledge systems using enterprise documentation and data sources
- Integrate LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications and workflows
- Build AI-driven automation pipelines combining language models, APIs, and workflow platforms
- Prototype and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies
- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI principles
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Good software engineering and programming skills, preferably in Python
- Experience building applications powered by large language models (LLMs) such as assistants or knowledge systems
- Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, or automation platforms
- Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar)
- Solid software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Excellent English communication skills; German and/or French is an advantage
