Your responsibilities:
- Support management, human resources, quality management, purchasing and operational excellence
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures and methods.
- Familiarity with equipment such as punching machines, cleaning machines, heat treatment equipment, shot blasting equipment, etc. Quickly diagnose equipment failures on the production line, determine root cause of failure and develop repair plans.
- Develop equipment maintenance plans and preventive maintenance plans. Participate in equipment maintenance to reduce equipment failure rate.
- Responsible for identifying spare parts or outsourcing needs for daily maintenance or repair of equipment. Work closely with production and procurement departments to procure spare parts in a timely manner to ensure stable operation of the production line and reduce maintenance costs.
- Participate in the evaluation of new equipment needs and feasibility analysis. Participate in the evaluation of operational safety and protective measures for the equipment. Participate in the pre-acceptance, installation, commissioning and final acceptance of new equipment.
- Mastery of at least one type of PLC to diagnose equipment problems.
Your profile
- You are completing a retraining course in the electronics sector with a recognized retraining or further training provider
- University degree or higher, majoring in mechatronics, mechanical design and manufacturing or related.
- At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance of stamping, cleaning, heat treatment, sorting and other equipment in the automotive industry.
- More than 5 years of work experience with extensive experience in equipment maintenance, familiar with the principles and methods of maintenance of various equipment.
- Electrical license, welding license, experience in hydraulic system maintenance is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English.
