• Performance & Web: End-to-end management and optimization of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO (WordPress).
• Lead Pipeline: Structured qualification and handoff of marketing leads to our international sales team.
• Content: Creation of white papers, case studies, and web content tailored for B2B decision-makers.
• Budget & ROI: Ongoing monitoring and tracking of all campaign and event budgets.

Ihr Profil

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing-preferably within an industrial, technical, or life sciences background.
• Tech Stack: Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, WordPress, and CRM platforms.
• Mindset: Strong technical aptitude to translate complex concepts into high-impact content.
• Languages: Native or full professional fluency in English (primary working language) alongside strong business-level German.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage budgets, meet complex deadlines, and execute international trade show projects seamlessly.
