Client

Our client is a Leading Wholesaler in the European Premiums and Business Gift Market.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the development and performance of all sales activities in the German market to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
• Development and implementation of national sales plans. Setting short and long-term sales strategies for growth in both, existing business, and new products.
• Management and supervision of the sales organization. Maintenance of a pleasant and efficient workplace.
• Determination of the alignment of prices and other conditions in the market.
• Ensurement of strategic alignment with cross functional partners, including research & development, manufacturing, regulatory, logistics, global marketing and international sales.
• Management of the local office (administration, accounting, recruitment, leave and absence).

Requirements

• Commercial training, business studies are an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years experience in a fast-moving B2B sales environment.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English and German.
