B2B Content & Inbound Marketing Manager (d/f/m)

Location: Germany, remote
Yes, we are looking for one of those rare growth hacking unicorns who wants to work in our startup, owning our entire marketing while doing some magic increasing our website traffic and inbound leads, and all within our budget & resources limitations. As a member of our Growth Team this role would work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, collaborate with our Sales Representatives, and coordinate external Freelancers and Service Providers.
Your Responsibilities:

• You develop & evolve a data-driven content marketing strategy that supports and extends our direct sales initiatives
• You lead the production of individual content pieces and entire campaigns from ideation to publishing and optimization
• You pay extra attention to making all our content highly valuable, engaging, as well as SEO friendly
• You execute, monitore, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across all relevant social media channels
• You gather customer success stories and make them visible to build our brand and support our company objectives
• You establish and manage relationships with freelance content creators, thought leaders, and other service providers

Your Profile

• You have at least 3 years relevant experience in marketing B2B products (ideally also SaaS products)
• You possess in-depth and hands-on working experience in either Content Marketing, or SEO, or Paid Social Media
• You have a “test & learn” mindset of developing hypotheses, iterating with experiments, and pivoting quickly when needed
• You are passionate about data driven decision making, and you are comfortable being our Google Analytics admin
• You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and capable of working independently
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (another Western European language is a plus)
• You don’t shy away from fixing a graphic, cut a short video, write an own small content piece, or editing a landing page
