Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory (Cairo and Upper Egypt).
Identify key target industries and potential customers within the B2B sector.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and present compelling value propositions to prospective clients.
Business Development:
Actively prospect and generate new business leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing B2B customers in Cairo and Upper Egypt.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM systems.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the National Sales Manager.
Track and analyze sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
Ihr Profil
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or packaging sectors.
Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and customer relationship management principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cairo and Upper Egypt.
