Stellenbeschreibung

• Managed Airbus proprietary parts repair, lease, and exchange orders for Satair’s global customers and repair stations
• Acted as the main contact for airlines and MROs regarding order status, commercial issues, and AOG requests
• Coordinated end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure delivery targets for time, cost, and quality were achieved
• Analyzed customer complaints and developed solutions together with internal departments and external partners
• Prepared KPI and performance reports while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration or Economics / Economic Sciences
• Professional experience in Planning / Material Procurement, Customer Service, Supplier Management, Process Improvement and Project Management
• Good Knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Office, SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
